Jointly we stipulate exactly set interfaces for recurring business services (SLA: Service Level Agreements).
Our objective is to give you, our customers, a more transparent way of control of the services provided by us. This will be done by describing in detail the guaranteed service characteristics such as:
- scope of services
- reaction time
- speed of processing
An important element here is the definition of service levels, which describe the agreed upon service quality.
